What decides the quantity is usually an area or a volume, and what decides the delivery is whether the vehicle can reach and tip where the material is needed.

What a quotation needs
- Material and grade or class
- Block or brick size, and the finish required
- Area or volume to be covered, or the piece count
- Cement type and grade, or the chemical and its application
- Quantity in the unit you buy, and the number of loads if bulk
- Delivery location, site access and who unloads
- The date it is needed on site
