What is stored, and where
- My Material List — the lines and calculated weights you add are saved in your browser.
- Your contact and site details — saved so you do not have to retype them.
- Your enquiry reference — generated in your browser and kept so WhatsApp, email and print all quote the same number.
None of this is sent automatically. There is no database behind this website and no form backend.
Sending
What happens when you send
- WhatsApp — opens on your device with the list written out, and is transmitted when you press send, from your own account. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own terms apply.
- Email — behaviour depends on the method configured. A mailto link sends from your own account.
- Print or save as PDF — produced entirely on your device.
- BOQ files — this website cannot upload files. If you say you have one, the message reminds you to attach it in WhatsApp.
Hosting
Server logs
Our hosting provider may keep ordinary technical logs of requests — typically IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time.
Control
Clearing what is saved
Use Clear saved data on the material list page. That removes the list, your saved details and the enquiry reference.
Enquiries
What we keep once you send
Once you send an enquiry we keep it, with any quotation and order records that follow, for as long as needed to complete the sale, answer queries and meet statutory record-keeping requirements. Site addresses are shared with a transporter only as far as needed to deliver.
